Obama's Freudian verbal slip ?
This shows how Obama could face many problems in such swing states in November, because of his "Muslim faith".
The blogosphere is still wondering what to think about Obama's reference to his "Muslim faith" in his interview by George Stephanopoulos on ABC three days ago.
Many people consider this sentence as a revealing slip of the tongue, a sort of Freudian verbal slip which proves that Obama has always been a Muslim, doing his best to hide his true religion, in order to have a chance to be elected President of the United States, as he was convinced that America was not ready to elect a Commander-in-Chief who is not a Christian.
So, we must check facts in order to say if it is correct to assert that Obama is indeed a concealed Muslim.
One must remember that from the beginning of the campaign, Obama has always sworn he is a Christian, but if we examine the reality, we realize there are a lot of troubling facts which contradict his assertion.
First, his father Barack Hussein Obama Sr. was a Muslim, and he called his son Barack Hussein Obama Jr. : only Muslim children are called Hussein.
Secondly, Obama's Indonesian family was Muslim, and his stepfather is also described by a "devout Muslim" by his former friends (there have been several investigations in Indonesia carried out by journalists who have interviwed people who met the Soetoro family regularly). They have all recalled Lolo Soetoro, Obama's stepfather, going to the mosque on Fridays, and the young Barry (Barack) accompanying him (even if not regularly). However, Obama's anti-rumor Internet site "Fight the Smears" has always claimed it was not true.
Furthermore, Obama's half-sister, Maya Soetoro, explained to Jodi Kantor of the New York Times: "My whole family was Muslim, and most of the people I knew were Muslim." So why does Obama refuse to speak about it ?
Nicholas D. Kristof of the New York Times, who wrote an article about Obama on the sixth of March 2007 entitled "Obama : Man of the World", reports that Obama "recalled the opening lines of the Arabic call to prayer, reciting them [to Kristof] with a first-rate accent."
So it proves Obama has learnt this prayer, at one moment or another. He studied the Koran.
In addition to that, as we have already explained on this blog, Barry Soetoro was registered in Jakarta (in Indonesia) 's primary school under the mention : "religion : Islam." 
There is therefore no doubt to have : Obama was brought up in Muslim culture and Muslim faith.
A whole part of his family is still muslim : so what is the problem ? Why does he deny being one himself ?
Maybe because he really converted himself later on, as he said : but we can't help asking ourselves : why wouldn't he speak frankly if everything was clear ? Why does he refuse to confess he was a Muslim little boy ? Is he ashamed of his origins ?
Last but not least, his pastor and close friend for many years, Jeremiah Wright, is a former Muslim himself, although he apparently became a Christian.
Finally, let's not forget that Obama declared a while ago : "America is no longer a Christian nation", which seems rather odd considering that Christians are about 80% of the population and Muslims only 1% and Jews only 1%. This statement was not given much publicity, which is a pity, because I think it is interesting : by saying that Obama seems to belong de facto to the camp of the religious, non-Christian minorities...
To conclude, one cannot help suspecting him, because he does everything he can to conceal these facts. So we come to think that he has never converted himself into a Christian, and that he dares not confess he is a Muslim. And this adds to this impression of malaise that he has created from the start and which explains why millions of people reject him.
So that was a real Freudian verbal slip, and it comes at a very good moment to make voters wonder if this candidate is really honest : he has already lied so many times that it seems difficult to trust him...
